Holiday Lets

 

Booking Conditions are as follows:

A 20% deposit secures the property.

A Booking Form needs to be completed and returned with the deposit.

The balance is required 8 weeks before planned holiday dates.

No refunds can be made within 4 weeks of booked dates. You are advised to have Travel/Personal Insurance.

Monies can be paid by either Sterling or Euro cheques by post, or by Bank transfer (details will be supplied).

A returnable 100€ security deposit will be asked for on arrival.

 

Long Term Lets

 

The minimum rental period shall be 2 months.

All Long-Term Rentals will be subject to contract under French Law.

Rates for Long-Term lets start at €700 per month excluding utility costs but are variable dependent upon duration and any other factors, such as storage etc.

Booking Conditions are as follows:

The returnable deposit will be the same as the agreed monthly rental, payable in advance along with the first month’s rent.

All Utility costs (Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Internet) will be charged at cost.

Holiday Lets are available all year round.

Obviously peak season - July and August - get booked up early.

 

Long Term Lets are only available from September until  May, unless prospective tenants are willing to pay Holiday Let prices.

 

 

 

Rates for Long-Term lets start at €700 per month for a minimum of two months.
