Monet has been carefully converted and restored from the original cattle barn, giving a total living area in excess of 100m2. It features extensive exposed stone walls (‘pierre apparant’) particularly upstairs and old and new wooden beams. Downstairs is predominantly decorated in ‘modern farmhouse’ style.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area, with a separate shower/WC room with heated towel rail.

The first floor has three bedrooms, a family, a double and a twin. The family room has a double bed and a single bed with a roll-away underneath, both with full size mattresses. A particular feature of the room is the glazed pigeonaire. The double has a double bed and the twin room has two single beds that can be converted to bunk beds if required.

All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and hob, 60/40 fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and all the facilities one would expect. The lounge area has satellite television, DVD, Hi-Fi and two clic-clac sofas (that can be used as double sofa beds if required). There are plenty of books and games.

The dining area can comfortably seat up to 10 people.

Outside there is a covered barn giving a shaded dining area - much needed in the heat of summer, overlooking the gardens with a range of seating and tables, including a BBQ.
