Matisse has been carefully converted and restored from the original cognac chai storage area, giving a total living area in excess of 100m2. It features extensive exposed stone walls (‘pierre apparant’) and old and new wooden beams. A particular feature is the double height living area, giving a very light and airy feel.
The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with a separate
shower/WC room with heated towel rail. There is also a downstairs bedroom with a
double bed and single bed with roll-
The first floor has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, thus Matisse can also be configured for 2 or 3 bedroom usage.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and hob, 60/40 fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and all the facilities one would expect.

The dining area can comfortably seat up to 10 people.
Outside there is a covered (mandatory in the summer heat) verandah overlooking the pool with a range of seating and tables, including a BBQ.
