CONDITIONS

• Deposit of £100 payable by Sterling Cheque for each week booked

• Please make all cheques payable to Mrs LC Proctor

• Balance of payment should be made 8 weeks prior to arrival, either by

 Sterling Cheque or Bank Transfer

• Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation

• Balance is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 6 weeks of

 booking

• You are advised to have Travel Insurance that includes Personal Liability

• A refundable Breakages Deposit of €100 will be requested on arrival

• Please ensure the gîte is cleaned after occupation.

• We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge
