Malineau Booking Form

CONDITIONS

• Deposit of 20% by Sterling Cheque returned with the Booking Form

• Please make all cheques payable to Mrs LC Proctor

• Balance of payment should be made 8 weeks prior to arrival, either by

Sterling Cheque, Bank Transfer or Credit Card via Google Checkout (albeit that we have to charge a fee of 2% for this)

• Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation

• Balance is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 8 weeks of

booking

• You are advised to have Travel Insurance that includes Personal Liability

• A refundable Security Deposit of €100 will be requested on arrival

• The Security Deposit will be returned within 10 days after your departure

• Please ensure the gîte is cleaned after occupation.

• We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge
